During the year 2006 the Pasajes Pilotage Association establishes itself in a new location. The new facilities are in Pasajes de San Pedro 31 in the plant(floor) basement and first. From these new facilities, property of the Corporation, it is managed permanently (365 days/24hrs) piloting service, the service of information to vessels as well as the operative management of the Port Traffic by means of the semaphore of the channel and the different equipments of communications. The station of Pilots has the last technologies for the management of the services previously mentioned.

The Pilot Station have been provided with the latest computer technology in order to maintain and improve the Pilotage Service in the Port of Pasajes. This tendency towards continuous improvement and innovation has led to the development of a Computer Management System for the control of the operative managing of Port Traffic in Pasaje's Port on real time. In the light of this, the pilot lauches have been provided with PDA systems so that the moment a ship leaves or enters the Port of Pasajes, it is displayed on the relevant ship location screen. Real time information on the movement of ships in the Port of Pasajes can be obtained from any part of the world.

We have also developed a private area for the use of the different parties that take part in port operations. It is an efficient and fast tool used to exchange information with other port agents. This innovative tool facilitates efficient management, which, in turn, improves the quality of the services offered by the Port of Pasajes.
